As signs of spring and warm weather finally emerge, we can all agree that it?s time to fully embrace all the best parts of Brooklyn at this time of year. By which we mean drinking and eating (but mostly drinking) outside. And so in that spirit, we filled you in on all the best new Brooklyn backyards to while away your afternoons and evenings, and now want to highlight the best of the borough?s rooftop bars, all of which are the perfect spots to spend these balmy Brooklyn nights.

Berry Park Beer garden Berry Park has it all: A large selection of specialty and seasonal beers on tap, Simpson Trivia night on the first Thursday of every month, and Foosball. What more do you need? Oh, a gorgeous view of the whole borough spread out before you, best enjoyed with a beer or cocktail in hand? Well, Berry Park has that too. 4 Berry Street, Williamsburg
Bia This Vietnamese spot nestled under the Williamsburg Bridge has a rooftop deck atop its 30-foot ceiling dining room. The small outdoor space is a pleasant nook, making even the sound of whirring traffic along the Williamsburg Bridge feel cozy, like a white noise machine for the whole city. Best enjoyed with a Vietnamese beer for a full-on soporific effect. 67 S 6th Street, Williamsburg
Fornino Fornino is a longtime staple for the pizza-lovers among us. (That?s all of us, right?) Their newest outpost in Brooklyn Bridge Park comes complete with some killer views where you can catch the sunset over lower Manhattan all while enjoying incredible pizza (try the Al Roker pie?no, really!) and a pitcher of sangria. Brooklyn Bridge Park: Pier 6, Brooklyn Heights
The Gorbals This LA transplant from celebrated chef Ilan Hall is a hidden gem among the rooftop bars in Williamsburg serving innovative Israeli-inspired fare. Try the decidedly unkosher bacon-wrapped matzoh balls, as well as the Bahn mi poutine. And get a taste of spring with Birds of Paradise, a mix of light and dark rums, pineapple, lime, toasted milk, campari and montenegro. 98 N 6th Street, Williamsburg
The Ides @ The Wythe As an extension of the Wythe?s in-house restaurant Reynard, the Ides is a destination for a delicious evening out. (Get the burger. Oh, that burger!) The rooftop space has both an indoor and an outdoor section to escape breezy nights. And since this is easily one of the most Instagrammed spots in Brooklyn, don?t feel ashamed to join on in and snap your own shot of the picture perfect Manhattan skyline. 80 Wythe Avenue, Williamsburg
Juliette This classic French bistro is a Williamsburg staple, no matter what the weather is like outside. And even though the early closing time (11 pm on weeknights and midnight on Friday and Saturday) would be frowned upon in Paris (that?s when you go out to eat), this is still a superb destination for the Francophiles among us. 135 North 5th Street, Williamsburg
Night of Joy With an array of seasonal cocktails, this place is sure to make you forget about the grueling amount of snow that accumulated in New York this year. Frozen margaritas are the signature rooftop beverages, and we recommend you try the Pomegranate Blueberry mixture for a particularly refreshing treat. You?ll forget that winter ever happened. 667 Lorimer Street, Williamsburg
Northern Territory Tucked along the waterfront in Greenpoint, Northern Territory offers Australian and excellent cocktails. Plus, you can try your hand at creating your very own Bloody Mary at the Bloody Mary bar. Get creative. It?s practically summer! 12 Franklin Street, Greenpoint

Sheltering Sky Sheltering Sky sits atop the McCarren Hotel and Pool and with its Moroccan-inspired decor and unrivaled view of the distant Manhattan lights, this spot is the kind of place that you?ll love to take all your out-of-town relatives. (Particularly if they?re paying!) But seriously, who even needs their own rooftop when this is the kind of place you can visit? Not us. 160 N 12th Street, Williamsburg
