PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIME

Processing time includes the time from when your order is received until it is ready to be dispatched. 

Orders are processed and shipped via UPS from our New York warehouse within 7 to 10 business days. Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. 
 

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

International Orders are shipped as DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) and product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties. The customer(or receiver of the shipment) is liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. This amount is determined upon the shipment's arrival to the country of which you are shipping to and payment is necessary to release your order from customs, as such, we are unable to advise on what the amount this may be. 

SALES TAX

If you are shipping within the USA, sales tax will only be charged on orders shipped to New York and New Jersey. SHOP LATITUDE is not required to and does not collect sales or use tax in any other states, however your purchase may be subject to local use tax unless it is exempt from taxation. It is your responsibility as the customer to report any purchases of tangible personal property that have not been taxed by SHOP LATITUDE and pay use tax on those purchases unless exempt under local State law.
