We are committed to providing you with a seamless online shopping experience. If you are not 100% happy with your purchased item, you have within 15 calendar days of the ship date to return your item(s) except for items marked Final Sale. 
All refunds are issued via original payment method; no exceptions. Late returns are accepted at Shop Latitude’s discretion, and may only be refunded for store credit. We accept returns on regular-priced and sale items. We are unable to offer returns or exchanges on all Final Sale items.
Please ensure that returned items are new, unused and have all tags still attached and include all designer packaging (e.g. shoe boxes, dust bags, tags etc.) with your return. We will NOT accept returns that are missing designer tags, and/or are damaged, used, altered. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please allow 14-21 days for your return to be processed and refund issued.

US Domestic Order Returns
If you live in the US, and your order was shipped from within the United States, the shipping cost to return your item(s) is complimentary.

Please use the return shipping label that was provided in your order package. If you did not receive a return label, please email wecare@shoplatitude.com and we will email a return shipping label to you.

International Order Returns

We are unable to offer you complimentary return shipping at this time if:

A) You live inside the United States, and your order was shipped from outside the United States.
B) You live outside the United States, and your order was shipped from inside the United States.
C) You live outside the United States, and your order was shipped from outside the United States.

Please choose your own return shipping method. You are solely responsible for the cost of return shipping as well as any insurance, customs duties, &/or taxes that your return package incurs. To determine where an item is shipping from, reference the Shipping Information page here.

1) Submit a Return Request by clicking here or going to: http://www.shoplatitude.com/pages/returns
2) Enter your Email Address and Order Number. Click ‘Lookup’.
3) Your item(s) eligible for return will appear. Select the item you wish to return and follow the prompts to submit your return request.
4) Once your return request is approved, you will receive an email confirmation that includes your RMA number. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for your Return Request to be approved.
If you are returning multiple items, you will receive an RMA number for each item. The Packing Slip that was included with your order will indicate where your item(s) should be returned.
If you did not receive an email confirmation with your RMA # or are unsure of where to send your return item(s), please contact wecare@shoplatitude.com before shipping back your item(s). ITEMS RETURNED WITHOUT AN RMA # WILL BE RETURNED TO THE SENDER.

5) Once you’ve received your RMA number via email, please record it on the RETURN FORM that was included with your order. THE RETURN FORM MUST BE COMPLETELY FILLED OUT & INCLUDED IN YOUR RETURN PACKAGE.
6) Affix the Return Shipping Label to your package and mail your return item(s) back within 15 calendar days from your order's ship date. 
7) You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your returned package has been received, and your refund has been processed. Once your refund has been issued, please allow up to 10-14 business days for funds to be posted to your account.

Damaged/Faulty Goods:  If you received damaged or faulty goods, please notify wecare@shoplatitude.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. Damaged/faulty goods not reported within 24 hours of receipt will be subject to refusal of the return. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

Once you have reported the damage to wecare@shoplatitude.com, please submit a Return Request and select 'Faulty' as the Reason for Return, and proceed with return instructions above.

Gift Returns: If you've received an item as a gift, you may return it for Store Credit. To return a gift, please email wecare@shoplatitude.com and confirm the Order Number, email address associated to your Shop Latitude account and item your wish to return.

    Order Cancellations: Due to our high order volume, all orders that are placed successfully are immediately dispatched to our warehouses. We are unable to modify or cancel your order once it has been placed and handed over to our warehouse for processing.
