Felt art, known as 'shyrdak', is an age-old tradition of the nomadic Kyrgyz people. Part mosaic, part quilt, the interlocking patterns and distinctive borders of shyrdak combine to create a rich tapestry. The designs incorporate images of sacred myths and symbols, with colors reflecting the balance in nature and the cyclical rhythm of the nomad’s world. Inspired by the beauty of the shyrdak and the desire to sustain and foster this ancient craft, l'aviva home has collaborated with master artisans in Kyrgyzstan on a series of special shyrdak collections.

Customers will have 15 calendar days from receipt of your order for a complimentary size-exchange of the same item/style. We are happy to offer US & International customers free shipping for a one-time size exchange of purchased goods. If you'd like to purchase another item/style, please return the purchased item for a refund, and purchase your desired item/style as a new transaction.
International Customers: If you live outside the US, you will be responsible for potential duties levied on the replacement item.
