Most Shop Latitude orders ship via UPS, however, some of our designers and vendors that ship direct may utilize other shipping methods such as USPS, FedEx or a local courier. You can view the method(s) of shipping and obtain a shipping estimate during the Checkout process. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email, which will contain shipping carrier information and tracking details.




Orders received after 2:00 PM EST Monday-Sunday (excluding Federal holidays) will be processed on the next business day. Most items in stock ship within one to three business days, but will vary depending on item availability and/or production time, if applicable. 



Delivery time excludes weekends and Federal Holidays. UPS Next Day Air, 2-Day Air and 3-Day Select orders placed after 2:00 PM EST Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped out on the next business day. Please note that UPS is unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.





For delivery within New York City only. Orders must be placed by 10:59 AM EST for same-day delivery. Orders placed after 11:00 AM EST Monday through Friday will be delivered on the next business day. Same Day service is not available on weekends or Federal Holidays.    




If you are shipping to an address outside of the United States, the recipient will be responsible for any duties/taxes that are incurred in Customs. Please note that Customs duties/taxes vary depending on the country. To obtain a landed cost estimate please click here.

Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on Shop Latitude, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, you will be notified by a Customer Service representative. Merchandise sold on our site is intended for personal use only, and not for resale. We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear to be for resale purposes.
