shipping method

L-atitude uses UPS for all domestic and international orders. For domestic orders, customers have the option of selecting from the following: Next Business Day Air*, 2-Day*, 3-Day, or Ground. For international orders, UPS offers Worldwide Expedited or Worldwide Saver; delivery ranges from 2-5 business days. Please note, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.
*Some shipping limitations may occur when selecting this method and shipping to Alaska and Hawaii

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders received before 3PM EST Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) will begin to be processed that day. Orders will ship within 24 hours pending credit verification. Orders placed after 3PM EST will begin processing the next business day. Customers are responsible for any additional taxes, duties or customs fees.

ORDERS FROM OUR VENDORS ABROAD

Order processing times may take longer if the product is shipped to you from our vendors abroad. Please allow 1-3 days for order processing, and 2-5 days for UPS to deliver an international shipment to you. Since these shipments originate from another country, US customs may apply import duty on this package. In this case, UPS or their representative will contact you directly for payment in order to release your package. If you later return the items to these vendors, we will issue you a full refund for the cost of the returned items less any potential import duties incurred by the vendor.

TAXES & DUTIES

SALES TAX

The sales tax is charged depending on where you ship your order to. International orders are not subject to New York State sales tax. You’ll be able to see estimated sales tax at checkout.

CUSTOMS DUTIES

US Domestic Members – You may incur US import duties if you purchase an item originating from our designers abroad. At checkout, we will specify whether an item is shipped to you from abroad. Our courier or their representative will contact you directly for payment in order to release your order from customs. If you’d like to get an estimated amount of US import duties for your order, please contact us at wecare@shoplatitude.com, and we will obtain an estimated amount for you.

International Members – You may incur import duties and/or taxes levied by the country you’re shipping to. Our courier or their representative will invoice you directly for payment in order to release your order from customs. If you have any questions, please contact us at wecare@shoplatitude.com.
