We are committed in providing you with a seamless online shopping experience. Customers will have 15 calendar days from receipt of your order for a complimentary size-exchange of the same item/style. We are happy to offer US & International customers free shipping for a one-time size exchange of purchased goods. If you'd like to purchase another item/style, please return the purchased item for a refund, and purchase your desired item/style as a new transaction.
International Customers: If you live outside the US, you will be responsible for potential duties levied on the replacement item.
