All personal information is stored in the “My Account” section of the site, which can be accessed by clicking "My Account" on the top of the page. Once you’re in, you can view, change or edit any of your personal information.

All size charts can be found by selecting an item and clicking on the “Size/Fit” tab. Sizing is specific to the item.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

An email notification will be sent once your order has shipped and a tracking number will be provided. The status of your order can then be tracked via www.ups.com

WHAT COUNTRY DO YOU SHIP TO?

L-atitude is a New York City based company; we ship domestically as well as internationally. The majority of merchandise is shipped from our headquarters; however, there are several designers/artisans that ship directly from their warehouses abroad.

HOW AM I CHARGED FOR MY ORDER?

You will be charged for your order when the item(s) shipped. All major credit cards are accepted (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover) and charges are in US dollars.

Also, all credit card transactions on the Site will be processed using Authorize.net's secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details when it is sent to our Merchant Bank (Chase) for verification. This ensures that your information is kept private while in transit between your web browser, our web server and our merchant bank (Chase).
