We are committed in providing you with a seamless online shopping experience. If you are not 100% happy with your purchased item, you will have 15 calendar days from receipt of your order to return purchased items. You can choose to either receive: 1) a credit card refund, or 2) a store credit refund. Late returns are accepted at L-atitude's discretion, and may only be refunded for store credit.

Made-To-Order Transactions: These items are only returnable within 15 calendar days for L-atitude Store Credit.

US Customers: The cost of return shipping is complimentary.

International Customers: If you live outside the US, we are unable to offer you complimentary return shipping at this time. The cost of shipping will be deducted from your credit card refund or store credit refund.

exchange policy

Customers will have 15 calendar days from receipt of your order for a complimentary size-exchange of the same item/style. We are happy to offer US & International customers free shipping for a one-time size exchange of purchased goods. If you'd like to purchase another item/style, please return the purchased item for a refund, and purchase your desired item/style as a new transaction.

International Customers: If you live outside the US, you will be responsible for potential duties levied on the replacement item.
